Improving Year 4 Grammar with Roblox
I designed and spearheaded a gamified grammar intervention using Roblox Studio to address low student engagement, utilizing the ADDIE model to develop an immersive virtual environment for Year 4 ESL pupils. My research demonstrated significant academic growth, with post-test results showing grammar proficiency in the present tense rising from 50% to 83.3% and the past tense reaching a 100% mastery rate. Beyond the data, the project achieved a high qualitative success rate, as thematic analysis of student feedback confirmed increased motivation and a strong demand for continued technology-integrated learning.
